Choose your adhesive and prepare the fascia

Mix the adhesive and fix tears
Repair cuts and tears from the back side. If the tear or cut is large, you might need to align and hold the edges of the repair with quality masking tape on the surface. Use self-stick fibreglass repair tape and add structure to the tear or cut.
Mix equal amounts of hardener and your repair adhesive on a piece of paper or cardboard and apply it over the tape with a squeegee.
Spread the filler
After the material has hardened, move to the front of the fascia and remove the tape. Using 80-grit sandpaper, remove materials that may have squeezed through and sand spots that are above your finished level. Fill the tear or cut and any low spots on the fascia with the right repair material.
Sand and contour
Let it harden and then sand everything level. Start with 80-grit sandpaper and proceed to 120-grit sandpaper and apply a light skim coat of repair material to fill any imperfections and restore the contour. Finish with 400-grit paper.
Paint
After finishing the bumper repairs Sydney, apply two wet coats of flexible sealer. Let it dry for 30 minutes and the fascia will be ready for priming. Prime it and paint it properly.
